Advices:
- ALL TOURS HAVE NOT DIFFICULTY WHIT E-BIKE
- I recommend E-Bike if you want a relaxed experience .
- If you'r fit you can use Mountain Bike.
- If you don't have yours, you can Rent Helmet, Mountain Bike or E-Bike by filling in the schedule.
- You pay the rental directly at the shop on the day.
- I recommend to get One Day Personal Insurance if you don't have once yet.
- We ride on roads, cycle paths and smooth gravel, plus trails with small stones or flat roots: you can learn the difficulty by reading the description of the Experience.
- In case of Emergency I carry a First Aid Kit and Repair Kit with essential tools, spare tubes, and a pump to fix on spot the common mechanical issues and I'll do my best to get the bike safe to finish the Tour or get back.
Remember to Bring:
- Wather
- Bike Helmet (obligatory): if you don't haven it you can Rent it
- Sunglasses
- Breathable Sportswear
- K-way for the windy days
- Trekking or Gym shoes:
it's forbidden to ride in flip-flop or slide
- Sunscreen
- Backpack
Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling
- If the Weather Conditions are not suitable or I have to cancel due to my problem, you will be refunded in full.
- Cancellation by you before 24 hours before the start: you will be full refunded.
- Cancellation by you whitin 24 hours of the start date or the same day of the Tour: you will loose your deposit. Nothing further is owed.
- Rescheduling: free of charge up to 24 hours before the start, subject to availability. The deposit will be transfered to the new date.

Diritto di recessoAi sensi dell'art. 59, comma 1, lettera n) del Codice del Consumo, il diritto di recesso di 14 giorni previsto per gli acquisti a distanza non si applica ai servizi riguardanti le attività del tempo libero quando il contratto prevede una data di esecuzione specifica. A tutelarti restano le condizioni di cancellazione sopra descritte — cancellazione gratuita con rimborso integrale dell'acconto fino a 24 ore prima della partenza.
Come funziona la prenotazione
Richiesta. Scegli una data disponibile nel calendario di prenotazione sul sito (oppure mi contatti via WhatsApp / email) e invii la richiesta.
Riserva provvisoria. Esamino personalmente ogni richiesta. Una volta accettata, ricevi un'email che conferma la ricezione della richiesta e la riserva provvisoria della data.
Acconto. Per la conferma definitiva è richiesto un acconto di €20. Ti invio un link di pagamento sicuro via WhatsApp o email. L'acconto viene scalato dal prezzo del tour.
La data resta riservata per 48 ore — se l'acconto non viene versato entro 48 ore, la riserva decade e la data torna disponibile per altri ospiti. Per gruppi di 3 o più rider posso richiedere un acconto maggiorato per l'organizzazione del tour. Viene scalato dal prezzo del tour ed è rimborsabile alle condizioni standard — per cancellazioni fino a 24 ore prima della partenza. Il noleggio bici si paga sempre direttamente al negozio di noleggio.
Conferma. Al ricevimento dell'acconto la prenotazione è confermata. Ti contatto per concordare l'orario di partenza e i dettagli finali.
Saldo. Il saldo si paga il giorno del tour — in contanti o con carta, come preferisci.
